Food for Thought.

Tonight I signed up for a meal planning service. Something I’ve always been skeptical of. I’ve been hit or miss at meal planning, eating healthy for a week or two and then eventually it falls apart. I’m excited to take my (prepared by someone else) grocery list to the store, buy just what I need for the week, and eat healthily. The holidays (while immensely enjoyable) have left me feeling sluggish and flabby.

Today all Seedling would eat was apple slice (chew, suck all the juices, then spit back out chunks) and a meatball. She refused both bananas and tomatoes (usually they are favorites!) but as least she got something down. Other bonus- no vomiting or diarrhea today! YAYYYY!
